This BIOS function is similar to USB Controller. It enables or disables IRQ allocation for the USB (Universal Serial Bus). Enable this if you use USB devices. If you disable this, your USB devices may have problems running properly.

However, if you don't use any USB devices, set the option to Disabled. It will free up an IRQ for other devices to use. This is particularly useful when you have many devices that can't share IRQs.
