The CNPS5000-Plus was nicely packaged nicely in a square box. On the front, the model of the cooler was stated as 'CNPS 5000'. However, a quick look at the other side of the box revealed the true occupant of the box.

User Manual

Upon opening the box, you will immediately see the cooler's manual. Yes, there's actually a real User's Manual for the CNPS5000-Plus!

Zalman is one of the few cooler manufacturers to actually take the time to include a manual for their products. And to my knowledge, Zalman has the best manuals among cooler manufacturers.

The CNPS5000-Plus manual lists the cooler's specifications along with installation instructions. The explanations are printed in both English and Korean.

    
And I must say that the English used in the manual is very good. No sign of the typical broken English that we normally get from Taiwanese manufacturers. :D In addition, the manual was very professionally designed, unlike other manufacturers who usually overdo their manuals or packaging, which is very lame.

However, there's a small complaint about the User's Manual - it uses a very small font and is printed lightly. So, you'll need to squint a little to read the text. This is completely unlike the CNPS3100's User's Manual which was truly excellent. But then again, a smaller manual allowed it to fit into the box. And a smaller box always equals cheaper packaging and cheaper shipping costs.
