| Testing The CB-6L
I've been changing video cards in the few months. So, the
earlier results will not be comparable to these test results. The GeForce3 and
Voodoo3 cards created a lot of heat whereas my new Kyro2 card is a lot cooler.
Swapping different video cards might influence the CPU temperature.
This is my test system :-
| Processor |
750MHz Intel Pentium 3 overclocked to 930MHz
@ 1.70V |
| Motherboard |
ABIT BX6-2 |
| RAM |

| Video Card |
64MB Hercules Prophet 4500 |

Motherboard Monitor 5.1 was used during the tests. I ran CPU
Stability Test V6.0 Build 154 to simulate 100% CPU load during the
tests. The thermal paste used was Arctic Silver II, generously supplied
by Nevin House from Arctic Silver Corp.
