For benchmark lovers, here are some benchmark results :-
The green line represents the read speed while the yellow line
represents the spinning speed. This drive performs as well as Lite-On
claims, starting from 5X and reaching 12X at the outer tracks of
the disc. The test was run using Nero DVD Speed V0.5 with the US
Marshals DVD.
This is the Nero CD Speed, a benchmark software similar to DVD
Speed. As you can see from the graph above, it performs as well as
Lite-On claims, from 18X to 40X. This test was done using the
Unreal Tournament CD.
