This is how the case looks when it's slung on a belt. Unlike
most cases, this one hangs lower than your belt. So it won't be so
much of a bother when you're driving (seat belt cramps!) or
sitting down. In case you don't have a belt, the case also comes
with a waist strap.
But if you do need to take it off, it's a simple act of undoing
the strong Velcro strap that forms the belt loop and the case can
be removed quickly without the embarrassing act of undoing your
belt in public. This is especially useful in airports. (Editor
: I can't agree more! Airport security can be such a bother.)
There's no need to worry about the strength of the strap. I've
been using it for a week now and I often need to do

100 meter dashes between places in my office. The
case has yet to fall off my belt even during excessive motions,
such as playing the extremely immersive motion detection shooting game
by Konami.
Granted, I have yet to try playing a Dancing Simulator with the
case hung on my waist. But that I will do soon, all for the
benefit of Science!!

And folks, this picture shows off the case's most prominent
feature - the ability to flip out so that you can look at your PDA
while keeping both hands free at the same time. Once it opens up,
it is kept in that position by the same piece of Velcro that
serves to lock the case when it is closed.
I think someone put a lot of thought into making this feature
work very well so it's not just a gimmick to slap on the product
specs. sheet. And it works very well.
If you ever had to check a phone number on your PDA with one
hand and punch the numbers on your mobile |

| phone with the other, you know it feels clumsy. But with the
FlipOut, I can flip out my E-125, punch the Contacts button and
select the number I want. Then, with both my hands free, I can
comfortably make the call on my phone.
In addition, because of this feature, you can also prop up your
PDA ala Sony Clie's case. For those who are wondering, no, you
won't be able to sync in this position. Not unless your sync cable
has a VERY flexible connector.
Another interesting 'feature' of this case which I have yet to
experience is that CyberPocket offers several utility pockets
which can be velcroed onto the case to hold stuff like
CompactFlash cards, money, name cards, etc...

|
| Although the sleeve is adjustable, the case itself
will never fit every PDA out there. That's why CyberPocket has
numerous case sizes, ranging from cases that fit the slimmest
Palms to a case that can actually fit the monstrous iPAQ with the
dual PC Card Expansion Pak. |
