Global WIN WBK32

It's exactly the same as WBK38 but not as noisy. This is because the cooler is using the Everflow 4,500rpm fan instead of the Delta Black Label fan. The Everflow fan is the same fan used in the Thermaltake Volcano II. To reduce the noise level (and save costs), you have to sacrifice a little performance by using the slower Everflow fan.

For more details, see the Global WIN WBK38 cooler. Note that the WBK32 is not an official product by Global WIN. OP Multimedia just swapped the fans and rebadged the new cooler as the WBK32. So, it's cheaper and quieter than the WBK38 although it looks just like the WBK38.

Note : I forgot to take a picture of the WBK32 but it looks exactly like the WBK38 (shown below) albeit minus the fan grill.
