Installing The CompactFlash
Card
Nothing can be simpler than this. All you have to
do is :-

Look for the CompactFlash slot (type I or II
doesn't matter) in you PDA, digital camera, etc...

Simply insert the Compact Flash card into the
slot and voila! You are 32MB richer!

The Good And The
Bad
So far, the 32MB ACE CompactFlash memory card performed
flawlessly. I didn't encounter any corrupted data at all. The card
was fairly reliable and worked every time I plugged it in. Even
the battery did not drain significantly with the card plugged in.
And best of all it's CHEAP! Furthermore, it comes with a nice
plastic case for safe keeping and transportation.
However, I occasionally experienced 'disconnection'. That is,
sometimes the memory card appears to be disconnected even though
it's still inserted. This problem can solved by simply removing
the card and then reinserting it. I cannot be certain if the
memory card is to be blamed or not as it could be due to the
Jornada's CF slot.
Sigh... if only I have another CF card to test. Apart from this
possible problem, I don't see any other cons.
