| Don't Want To Access My
Documents All The Time?
By default, Microsoft set the Windows Explorer to show the My
Documents folder whenever you run it. They did this in the
assumption that most people work with documents more than other
types of files. However, unlike what Microsoft believes, I don't
think viewing My Documents all the time is going to improve
my productivity. Hence, I have set up my Windows Explorer to open
up in a different directory, which makes file management a lot
easier.

The picture above shows you the default Windows Explorer
screen. As you can see, it grants you instant access to files
stored in the My Documents folder. However, if you want to manage
other files / documents on other directories, things become a lot
more complicated.
If you want to modify the Windows Explorer shortcut as well to
reflect your own preference, just pick any of the choices
below :-
